Upset over Unanswered Prayers & leading to faltering Faith  Q: I am just really angry right now. Angry at God. I have a lot going on in my life right now. And I was talking to someone on the phone about it. And before I hung up the phone I said God please listen to my prayer. Stop turning your back on me. And the person prayed for me. Well he didn't listen to that prayer. I told God that if he's going to turn his back on me then I'll turn my back on him. I told him it's a waste of time praying and reading the bible. Q: How do you cope with everyone in your life dismissing and being negative toward your new found faith and path? I don’t even share what I think anyone else should do because I’m really new to the faith and don’t know enough, but just studying the Bible or sharing something I’m excited about learning has led to major negativity from people in my life who have always otherwise been kind and supportive to me. Like my parents, husband, etc. I already don’t have many friends and so I’m feeling very alone. A: This is normal way things go with unsaved family members and friends once you become Christian. Nothing that brings you joy in the Faith will be embraced or hold any interest to those folk. The unsaved are in the dark and spiritually dead in their sins. Should Christians be watching new "Christian" movies and TV shows produced by Hollywood?  There are many being decieved about modern more recent shows that claim to be Christian or are somehow connected to people claiming to be "Christians". They teach things in those shows or have false religions mixed in influencing the production or viewers, and make it seem like those in darkness are the same as those in the Light of Christ. Thus luring folk to false religion by social media ads and into false religious groups. It distorts true Christianity and connects believers to the false gospels warned about in Scripture, and alignment with them means you're in agreement with their falsehoods, and doctrines of demons.  Most adaptations of biblical material created in Hollywood pervert the underlying message of Scripture beyond recognition—or dilute it until it’s invisible.  Here are some examples of current content and the problems with watching them or encouraging othe...

Q: I need some prayer and maybe some advice, I’m a licensed cosmetologist, looking to go do some mission work, I’m looking into a few programs, and they are all pretty expensive .  I could use some prayers on finding the money to be able to go on mission, and that God will provide for me. I got in a slight argument with my family, because they think they are going to lose me [die] if I go. I’ve tried explaining that all the organizations I’m looking into go in teams. My mom and I went to church this morning and after the service she told me that as long as I came back she was okay with me leaving. The rest of my family will need some convincing, but I am set on going, I know this is something God is calling me to do, and I will do it. Q: Thinking of making a Scripture book. I ordered a journal notebook with 5 tabs. Considering scriptures dealing on brokenheart/sadness; anxious… what else?
