A: Its best to find through church, godly church members connecting you to people they know who are godly, and pastor and wife/leaders who know godly folk. Theyll be under godly shepherds at their/own church and youre closer to vetting as a equally yoked suitor who is held accountable & understanding their authority, who are pursuing godliness, holiness, who sets boundaries, pursues self control and purity till married. 

Apps are a hook up cesspool, avoid. Theyre full of mostly preditors waiting to pounce when you give an inch of wiggle room or can get you in a private place. You'll rarely find a true godly man there.
