Haven't experienced Baptism of the Holy Spirit

Q: What is the baptism of the Holy Spirit?

I feel like an outsider at my husbands church, I don’t speak in tongues, my understanding from the text is its a gift, and if you have it you should only speak if you have an interpreter, if you dont you are to pray quietly.  

I’ve been a Christian for many years and I love Jesus He’s Lord of my life, the Bible is my life’s guide and authority. I know I am a born again Christian. But I don’t fall out, I don’t speak in tongues or manifest like others. I feel His presence not only at church but everywhere as long as I’m connecting through prayer and worship.
