New believer, struggling to get close to God & wants to raise kids in Christ
My husband and I are both saved. We try to go to church every Sunday. But sometimes I just feel like I’m doing enough to actually get to know God.
*How can I actually start living a Christian life style ?
*I can barely understand what the Bible is saying and need help with that too.
Also I want to raise my 2 kids to be godly people. I know I’m not perfect but I want to set an example for them.

It does take time for us to grow into maturity as believers. When we follow Christ, its like human growth...from newborn baby to toddler to kid to teen to adult to mature older adult. Its not a fast maturity.
Also, avoid courses & suggestions others suggest online, most are wonky or cult related. You can get way better info here, to help you grow in faith and be discipled. Also get plugged in at a solid church near you.
