Are Baptists Christian?

Is there a difference between Christian and Baptist?

A: No. Theyre the same. 😊

A Christian is "someone who" obeyed the Gospel & follows Christ. A Christian "goes to" a church, since the Reformation theres Denominations in Christianity; the church we are a member of, where they disciple us and guide us into holy living, so we mature in the Faith [& have close community with the family of God]. The believer & church are united in the essentials "as prerequisite", but due to secondary beliefs "denominations" exist; which has to do with teachings that either are rooted in basics of Scripture or deeper understandings that's more biblically accurate. Folk learn that over time as they study Scripture, so dont fret.

What makes someone Christian, & what makes a church "Christian" is if they believe the Essentials of what makes one one- according to God (via Scripture). It's the very basic facts we must believe in order to be saved/to be Christian. We have "unity" together as believers based on this, regardless of the church we go to [as noted here].

Heres information on denominations that will help and give you a better more clearer understanding.

If youre looking for a church, any of the ones in this directory has Christian ones, you can trust to be within biblical orthodoxy. You can join as a member there if you are saved.

If you are not sure you are saved, this will help

God bless

Bonis: If you are a new believer or growing in your faith, this will bless you.
