Mixed Clothes & Woman and pants

Q: I am extremely confused by what unsaved people are saying, in reference to the classic “Why do Christian’s still wear mixed clothing and woman wear pants?”

A: The Laws of Israel were for that Nation. Think about it, what other nation do you know of that poof started in one day & had it all laid out by God for them? Do not all nations have many laws governing it? The basis of their nation was build on God's holiness, reflected in the 10 commandments, for the communicable attributes that man, made in His image, posessed until the Fall, AND to keep them from idolatry, and to point the world to Christ.

For believers today, we have Christ's righteousness, our righteous nature is restored so we, having spiritual life, we now can choose to obey God. Yet we are stuck in these sin stained bodies until we get the sin free one in eternity. But no we do not follow legalistic rules, laws and outward ways [as all the unsaved world does]. We have been transformed by God from within, enabling us to live holy now. We dont need to be told what's right or to do right, because we naturally do it, and fight sin so we become more holy, progressively becoming more Christlike until we enter eternity.

Clothing God calls us to wear is in modesty, as that is the Holy thing to do. God clothed us after man sinned, and thus we wear clothes. In principle the Bible in NT speaks on modesty. For men and women. In corinth the culture wore head covering cuz the uncovered women were prostitutes, in US women wear pants, dresses and skirts, shorts and skorts, but we would wear them at modest lengths to not show private areas and to not led/cause men to sin, or stumble in lustful thoughts, and to help prevent giving attention to evil men who lure or rape women.

However, likewise, men are not to wear women's clothing. In old times men wore robes as did women, but the were clearly marked in style to know. Sort of the equivalent of women wearing pink and men wearing blue today. God abhors the effeminate and cross dressers. So if a man is being effeminate, cross dressing or trans whether wearing pink or not, it goes against God's design & command. But in time outfits shortened for purposes, vikings, romans and Scottish wore kilt for lower clothing, for battle and toilet ease. However even as to hair, you will find historically women's hair grows long, but mens hair only grows so far. Just as the ocean only goes so far even when tide is low or high. It's a design principle. We can still differentiate men from women in pants today. Just as the aforementioned cultures could. It's very clearly seen. Today with [what never happened in the past] surgery is altering people into Frankensteins like trans people and furries, so you might actually not know what they really are, we've come to this extreme (in mans timline).

But if you go to pagan Thailand, (whose allowed it forever) there's clear proof of the men dressing as women [they're called lady-boys there] and were not doing surgery. They've just had mental illnesses. Remember Thailand was a nation not conquered by the West [UK] and not sure if they ever were, so they always lived in pagan idolatry. They never had Christianity influencing them till recently, and they likely were ones influencing USA after 1965 [when immigration opened to non European nations] moving Americans towards such lifestyles along with the hippy orgie love movement. It has become the problem it is today in our nation because of these sinful desires, underground lifestyles, and folk in govt not protecting American moral values. Likely participants of that underground culture for decades.

Today you'll find legalistic denominations or non denominations (and the cults) like penticostals, IFB and others, putting rules on Christian women, that have no business doing so, cuz God never did. It is basically like Jesus saying be wary of the leven of the pharisees. They're adding to what God has said, twisting things out of context and adding man made rules. General Modesty is all that's called for.
