Struggling with relationships & life since salvation
Q: Since saved & baptized, I've been struggling with friendships, relationships, and life in general. Any prayers & advice would be much appreciated. 🙏
A: After you got saved you were taken out of darkness and into light. Thus as Scripture says the world hated Jesus and will be at emnity with you as well. There will be areas of growth for you as a babe in Christ walking into maturity. It isnt instantaneous. It takes time.
Also, this is a fallen world full of suffering, we have to live in it [and Scripture guides us how, plus Jesus walks 🤝with us through it]. We won't be rid of it until eternity. So stay close to God by reading Scripture daily [for life]. 🙂📖🕯
Heres some helpful advice in a nutshell:
*Love others and live out righteousness.
*Do good to the unsaved, grow in grace, love, forgiveness, humility and self control.
*Join a bible focused church, and go to the Bible study classes and fellowships, fellowship gatherings and to Worship. There you will meet and form eternal friendships with the brethren.
>> *After a few years as a believer who is 1. growing in the knowledge of Scripture (got essentials down and are working on doctrines taught in Scripture) 2. Are growing in the Fruit of the Spirit and its evident, THEN look for places and spaces in the local church where you can serve; you will use your spiritual gifts there to bless the brethren.
