Is the Orthodoxy faith Christian?
Q: What are we to think about celebs coming out as religious now. And the ones claiming Christianity?
A: The latest one embraced Greek Orthodox and if thats true... I don't think most people realize what that means....🙃.
They also fail to understand the difference between religions that masqurade as Christian vs real Christianity.
Some might confusingly ask 🤔"Orthodox isn’t a Christian religion??" No. It isnt.
Orthodoxy and Catholicism as religions are not Christian. There was an original generic Christianity which followed what Scripture taught and then after them, later, there was a split away from it - into apostacy, which is where Orthodox and Catholicism came from.
However those religions claim to go all the way back but historically... its lies - once you look into it. It's how Satan subtly decieves and lures people into false religion today.
The ones who began the Reformation realized they (and the people) were being taught lies in Catholicism. These men actually read the Bible and they came out of that false religion, and went on to restore or reclaim the truth of real Christianity to the world. They also worked hard (and with much myrterdom) getting the Bible into the hands of everyone [most reformers were murdered by that religion and Bibles burned by RCC to prevent the spread of truth]. So we must read and know it to find the truth.

Also Christianity [true Christianity - known as protestantism today] teaches freedom in Christ. Christianity is not a faith that requires following legalistic rules or being strict, etc [like those false religions] bcuz for those who obeyed the true Gospel....God has transformed the inner person so they have been given spiritual life by God and now has a new nature. By that nature he lives in righteousness [as he was meant to]. This explains more.
