If you get a firm grasp on this material, you will be able to pray about those you know who are in the lgbt+ sex cult and be able to address the issue well in convos with those in it who are willing to have rational discussions. The rabid & fuming kind of lgbtpeople will not be open to it unless God makes the way possible - so pray He softens their hearts and gives you an opening in His timing. Be patient, gracious, kind and loving towards them in prayer and speech while standing firmly on truth from Scripture.
Your goal is to reach them with the Gospel, because it has the power of salvation. Without getting saved most are not going to return to sanity and turn from their sinful ways and desires. I say most vs all because internally they all know what they're living-out is not the truth & is not right. God's law is written on their hearts and they know instinctively when they sin against Him, but they sear their conscience and once they step past the line of God's patience he gives them over to it and dusts his hands off. They've made these choices knowing it is evil, knowing it is in opposition to God's design for humanity. They choose a lie over the truth to enjoy temporary pleasure and temporary here vs eternal blessing.
Some few among them (whose conscience finally get to them) might turn back to reality and sanity, and then be open to truth and the Gospel... so whether they go that route or hear the Gospel and leave sin behind, God will guide you [if you are always looking for that opening] to reach them out of love.
Be ready to share the Gospel.
If you dont know what the Biblical presentation is to lead them to and share the Gospel with them then you need to tackle that first. God might be holding your conversation back until you are equipped, so like a fire fighter you need the training first before you are of use to be sent out to handle a call. The below will help on that. Browse it all, then study the gospel video, the atheist faq and get a firm Grasp on the Holiness of God, Sin, and God's Attributes, since most of these truths are going to be part of those convos. You will have to maintain control of the Gospel convo to steer it back on track when they want to veer off it. Pray over a convo before you have it so you can allow and ask God to guide the discussion to plant seeds, and later water the truth sown if it needs more than the initial convo to really reach them.
If they do not believe or admit to the actual objective truth of 2genders created by God [and that design is for such marriage and procreation], and reject what you say, then pray for them daily even if they are hard hearted and stubbornly cling to their sins, because they might admit it one day and be open to a convo with you then. If not and they die in their sins, then they had plenty of opportunity and rejected it and Christ. You did your job, and they have to give account to God for their life.
I will say that if they are someone who is friended on facebook or social media and they see your posts or you know they do since they like or engage on your posts, you can address these issues there once a week by posting a "FAQ" you believe they will be curious about enough to click the link & check out. So there is a subtle non confrontational way to plant some seeds of truth with them, prior to any real "convo".

Many are unjustly blaming God for the problems in the world when in fact it is sinful man who started, and still continues all our problems; both others and ourselves. They have a wrong view of God (making him out to be bad) and wrongly think they are good (and can sit in judgment above Him).
