Homeschool BJU

We use BJU Press

I’d not send my kid to their university and I don’t agree with all of their theology.  I was homeschooled with their books in the ‘80s and ‘90s, so I’m comfortable with their format.  Plus, I’m a sucker for their colorful and engaging new editions!

Only small issue is 2CVs.

They do have a university as well.

Many love their English courses

Their science is excellent.  It’s rigorous and is taught from a 24 hour/7 day creation perspective, although they address other ideas and what is wrong with them.

If there is anything I don’t agree with, it is usually minor, I might correct it to my kids, or skip over it.  It’s hasn’t been a significant issue at all.  (We don’t do Bible Truths, I don’t know what that is like.).

Most everything I see is very biblical and God honoring and they clearly have a heart to teach children about God as they educate them.  They usually show the first chapter of their textbooks to give you the flavor of them:
