Curriculum Reviews, Sample book lists, and some stuff on conventions 

We use a variety of curriculum. There are so many things available. Cathy Duffy Reviews is a good place to get an idea of some things available. I suggest looking into homeschool styles first. Then look at curriculum that falls into the styles you like.

We have used just about everything in the last 10 years. 

Here are some sample ideas:
History- Mystery of History (elementary), then Omnibus (provides 3 credits in history/lit/theology for middle/high school), Knowledge Keepers Series & Drive Thru History for supplemental reading/watching
Grammar- Easy Grammar (elementary), Analytical Grammar (middle school)
Composition- Memoria Press (plus assignments from Omnibus)
Creative Writing- Creative Writing Through Literature 
Vocab- Vocabulary From Classical Roots & Vocabulary Cartoons 
Literature- I have a 3,000 item book list (Omnibus also provides a lit credit) 
Philosophy- Philosophy Adventure
Spelling- Spelling Power
Math- Singapore (K-3), Saxon (4-12)
Science- Apologia & Berean Builders (upper elementary-high school)
Health- Real Food Renegade, documentaries
Bible/Theology- Songs for Saplings, The Ology, Long Story Short, Old Story New, Tiny Theologians (all for elementary, Omnibus has theology for middle/high school, plus I have a long book list)
Worldview- Summit Ministries Lightbearers (middle), Understanding the Times/Faith/Culture (high school)
Biblical Masculinity/Femininity- book list
Economics- Tuttle Twins (elementary), Uncle Eric Series (middle+), Hillsdale & Notgrass (high school)
Current Events- World Watch News
American History- Notgrass
Government- Notgrass 
Logic- Logic Puzzles (elementary+), The Fallacy Detective, The Thinking Toolbox (middle), Informal then Formal Logic by Canon Press (high school)
Life Skills- Working through a master list
Memory Work- Claritas (I made a homemade version similar to this)
Recitation- The Book of Virtues
Koine Greek- Biblical Greek for Kids (elementary+), 
Bill Mounce’s Biblical Greek (high school)
Foreign Language- Mango Languages (free through KState Library)
