Is God Speaking to Me?
There are many false teachers who decieve people, especially the ones on tv. Take extreme caution.
How to recognize God's voice vs Your Voice
In general true believers can confuse God speaking to them with God moving them.
*God might want you to share the gospel with someone, so he moves you into that position or place, for that moment to do so.
*God might be teaching or disciplining you in an area and it is revealed to you.
None of these things are God speaking to you in the way a spoken word or prophecy came. Those things only happened until Revelation was written and now we only hear from God by READING the 66 books of Scripture. That is the full revealed word of God to us. It's why he gave it to us.
Yes in the far distant future, after the Church has been raptured, God will bring prophecy back to Israel with the 2 witnesses and the 144k Jews in the Tribulation era. But again that will be through Israel while God is completing his plan for that nation.
Also, not everything we might hear would be of God anyway. Satan & the demons whisper to people and present themselves as angels of light. They are decievers. We are told to test the spirits. If you are hearing voices there is a 99.9999% chance that it is only demons you are hearing. Trust in God and they will flee from you.

When God speaks holds good information worth pointing out. However I will add a final note, to correct an error of his. Remember that Scripture is clear in that Jesus [who is the Word] and the Apostles [ending with John in Revelation] were the last ones God spoke through, and while he used some in the newly formed churches temporarily, that was only cuz and "until" the Canon was completed. Which it long-now has been, thus God no longer speaks audibly to us or through us as He did in the Bible times, as the Word of God is fully complete. Those claiming to hear from God today are lying, virtue signaling, have mental issues, or are probably hearing from demons. God only speaks to us through His Word; the Bible. It is why He gave it to us, to communicate all he wants us to know (from Creation to eternity with Christ). And those in the Church era are blessed to have it, as prev generations in Bible times did not have this great treasure, this library of truth, this love letter, this authoritative guide "for all things life and faith". Within it's pages is where God speaks to us. (Hebrews 1:1-2, Acts 1:21, Corinthians 13:8-10, Revelation 22:18-19).
