Suicide, Euthanasia & Organ harvesting
Q: How should we respond to this, and ministering to others in her situation?
A: I can give my thoughts based on what I understand from this situation.
[Edit: The below was reported but later this].
1) We had heard that in 2022, Noelia, a young vulnerable teenager, was placed in a Spain- state-run home for at-risk youth (basically CPS), where evil was perpetrated on her. She was taken from her loving home while her mom & grandma pleaded CPS not to take her (as seen in emotional video in the home).
Her troubles started when she was 13, and her parents got divorced.
The government decided that she was experiencing 'family instability' and neglect so they put her in a home.
* I hope they dont do that to every kid from divorced homes!
2) The young woman was said to have experienced sexual abuse/assaults (one involving an ex-boyfriend and another incident). As of the latest reports (around March 26, 2026), her ex had not been convicted, and there are criticisms about the lack of justice. Not sure if it was as a young teen or while in care at the CPS center, prior to the below.
But the State run CPS center issue [noted below] is said to be the highlighted as "the major traumatic event" that contributed to her suicide attempts.
3). In 2022, Noelia was said to have been gangraped by North African"migrants", African migrant minors("those" whom the Spanish government allowed in [and sponsored in the state-run facility]), were housed in the same facility.
If true, The attackers? Never properly prosecuted. They remain free. No real justice, no accountability from the system that put a Spanish girl in harm's way with unvetted migrants.
Statistics from Spain's own interior ministry show North African and certain migrant groups disproportionately involved in sexual assaults. Yet elites prioritize "integration" and "sensitivities" over the safety of their own daughters.
Europe has a high number of "unaccompanied minors" in group homes that are the subject of repeated reports of sexual violence.
3) On October 4, 2022, (still stuck at the CPS facility), Noelia was said to of couldnt handle any of it anymore, & jumped out a 5th-floor window to kill herself but she didn't die. A [2nd] subsequent suicide attempt there left her with injuries resulting in over 70% disability. From the attempts... she became paraplegic.
4) She requested euthenasia after experiencing depression, & felt the pain and suffering was unbearable.
The Spanish government approved her euthanasia (medically assisted dying) for March 26, 2026 by the Spanish courts, including the Constitutional Court, [and ejection of last-minute appeals by the European Court of Human Rights]. Spanish courts approved her request for euthanasia despite her father’s multi-year legal battle to figh it; was overruled, despite unanimous family opposition, raising questions about state power versus parental authority.
Yes, there were family problems, yes this girl's father was saod to be an alcoholic for the most part of her life. Yet he went to court to stop her from killing herself [by Govt assistance], though he never once visited her in hospital after she tried to commit suicide, this act showed he cared. Even if they had relational problems [rebellious teen maybe] and may have in the past said to him "she was already dead." People say things they regret or dont mean. Her her mother & grandma, (and friend) cared about her, and although mom also tried to talk her out of it, she misguided felt that her daughters disability/suffering was not an acceptable life; devaluing her, which gave a blessing "to murder herself".
5) The common thread in this tragedy is the Spanish socialist state. They cannot raise children. They rip children away from parents. They destroyed faith, family and now the fence around their country.
Noelia entered state care seeking help. The state delivered predators, then paralysis, then a lethal injection. Her father battled through every court, arguing she deserved protection and hope, not premature death. He lost. The system that failed to guard her now "solves" the problem by killing the victim.
This nightmare exposes the rotten core of open-border policies and soft-on-crime governance.
Protect borders. Enforce laws without apology. Prioritize citizens.
6) btw, they even denied her friend from visiting her (b4 euthanasia); wanted to try to talk her out of the assisted suicide, and say goodbye if she continued towards death. We now know why (see 7. Paragraph 2/3).
7) Some say what if her organs go to save multiple lives? If thats true, how many more lives would've been saved [if rape allegations are true] if the 3 men were justly killed for their crimes... then 3x as many lives were helped. Have good come from evil. Instead of profiting off of & encouraging the victims death.
One article said, Her attorney said that "she was pressured by the hospital to go through with the Euthenasia 'because' her organs were already committed."
From this case, it appears the organ harvesting industry is connected to it. Reports say, according to her lawyer, she cannot "change her mind" about undergoing euthanasia because her organs are already 'committed'. Her lawyer did highlight the hospital's conflict of interest in this case, because Noelia's organs are worth millions in billable charges. Accirdjng to the 2025 Milliman report on transplant charges its $8 million to be exact.
This woman's life has been marked by unimaginable hardship. Failure by her family, and the state as well as the care facility which left her with significant physical and psychological damage, the courts and the hospital.
Her story is a heartbreaking reminder of the long-term impact evil has on the vulnerable in this fallen world.
Her mother and grandma loved her, her father while messed up (with alcoholism) still did seeme to care for her too. The problem is once govt gets their grimy fingers in your kids, it always goes to hell, [even moreso in a non free countries].
Why was there accessable windows at the care facility? In US, those windows above 1st floor dont open. Where were the caregivers? Why wasnt she transfered elsewhere or kept in a diff female only facility?
They noted Faith, so that shouldve been included. Isnt Spain Catholic??? [It isnt Christian, but idk if her family/she is Christian (protestant). I dont know why her pastor& wife didnt counsel her family and her in the beginning and through out, [to prevent cps involvement], to help her understand this biblically, and even later... to bring biblical counselors to help her through it. If they did, the gangrape and suicide attempts wouldnt have happened. They would've got her the biblical care needed. They seem to have failed her.
Did the pastor go visit her at the CPS care facility? If they didnt, and didnt check in regularly they failed her (again). She needed to know important things, based on Christian faith worldview. As a kid (young) [even till 25 their brains arent developed snd still need guidance] she needed guidance and was deprived of that spiritual guidance by the socialist govt., maybe didnt let Faith folk meet her, idk. She cant make these decisions on her own, nor can the state. She needs guiding by her Faith. The issue was the father, not the mom or grandma, though later the mom made a bad comment, ignorantly thinking it would help her daughters trauma, but only seemed to ok her towards suicide. She shouldve got biblical pastoral counseling before meeting her daughter, and evrn brought the pastor to guide her, to give her a hopefilled path forward.
We dint throw away disabled people, we help them live the best life they can, and usually it is more blessed than they can imagine. Their lives matter, they have value and purpose.
Some commented "nobody should have to suffer extreme pain just because someone else thinks it's selfish or inhumane to ask for their life to end", but is it right? No. God had a plan and purpose for her despite what happened. She didn't know how to handle life nor this issue - and didnt get the care she needed.
Many people get disabled(1), Joni Tada's paraplegis was due to (her own decision) her diving into water (out with friends). Yet she lives and has a joy filled life, despite the pain. Shes even married. She's Christian, & speaks and gives talks on her testimony, on perseverance and on this life of suffering; pointing people to Jesus. Like Nick V does; he has no arms nor legs. He lives an amazing life. Hes a Christian & a speaker . Loads of disabled people, and those with horrible life experiences live on, even muslim women in Islamic countries. Their entire lives are evil purported on them, even from early childhood.
We live in a fallen world. People fail us, suffering(2) is part of the Fall. God can use it & her/through her to encourage other victims & to persevere through the hardship, ultimately freeing them from what happened. God can use it to help others persevere through hardships if God is with them (if Christ is their Savior), otherwise people have no hope and peace. But the other issue is 'peace' [that they think awaits after death], for the unsaved, it doesnt begin at death. It never comes. The hope they have is false. Those who die in their sins are catapulted straight to Hell. This is why having peace with God through (recieving) Jesus Gospel is urgent. It puts us right with God and sets us in our right mind (understanding these truths). It restores a relationship to Him that the Fall stole from us. It gives us eternal life, true peace, and we can walk in this life despite what we experience. Knowing eternity with God in paradise will be a blessed sin free place... and that God is with us right now, and through all seasons, while here, is a real joy.
She needed godly counsel and never got it. The therapy and counsel this world offers is a false hope, and provide no true solutions. I hope others dont make her mistake 💔❤️🩹.
Sadly it looked like there would've been hope for her, as in the interview w her mom [shortly b4 her assisted suicide] she was smiling and looked happy. That means there was hope. But unknowingly she stepped into death unaware, that theres no peace for those not being again by God through Jesus. If she died in her sins, she went straight to Hell. Not enough people tell this truth, and it is a vital one people need to comprehend. These facts and the coming Judgment need to make us sober and see this in reality, to compel us to fear God and that fate, so we run to the one who loves and wants to save us. But the outcome of hell awaits all who die in their sins. God didnt have to offer a way out, but in Jesud He did. Take it.
Further tragic, is people in power positions took advantage of her...to push their agenda to get Euthanasia legal in Spain, the hospital profited off her, & the family lost her. Btw, the state [hospital, whoever] shouldnt be allowed to harvest organs from someone euthanized. There's another level of ick and evil here, which the courts should not have allowed, and laws should be made to prevent that. It's sketchy that was allowed, and seems like a package deal for profiting off dead people.
Even in US it has come to light recently that those who mark "donating organs" upon death, on Drivers Liscense... is a sinister way hospitals harvest organs when you shouldnt die; being there for routine or fixable issues [In surgery or ER]. This has become some sort of organ trafficking scheme, possibly for the rich.
Euthanasia is just another way to profit off vulnerable people; an evil scheme, by systems set up "to do evil". Remember the Satan & the Satanic system is here to "steal, kill, & destroy" per Scripture. Stay vigilant and teach your kids well, so they avoid being its victim, even (& esp) at death. Do not be decieved by the false promises of suicide. Satan & the world lie, trick, and decieve vulnerable people. Don't fall for it.
====
Here's important Suicide topic material & convos to have with your family, to help get far ahead of this, as early as possible, so your kids and relatives and church can address these basic truths, to guide them to understand, and lead them towards Jesus. That way sin, decievers, and Satan cannot put such ideas in their heads. They'll know these are issues faced in life, and by faith and God with them, they can see it in truth, put the past behind, and go onward to live out their life and be used by God for "good". Then when this life is over, when Jesus calls them, theyll enter sin free suffering free eternity where all is new, good, perfect and paradise. All the former things will be wiped away and all will be new.
